Performance characteristics of some rubber recipes reinforced with scrap fibers and crumb rubber

The world is exposed to serious environmental problems as a result of the rapid development modern technology, which increasing rate tire consumption, difficulty its biological decomposition and accumulation that causes fires emission toxic gases harmful nature living organisms, tires act basin collect water, forms hotbeds for growth bacteria parasites. Therefore, study focused on finding solutions how benefit from recycle used tires. (wasted fibers, crumbed rubber) resulting recycling were mixed with composite materials in Al-Diwaniyah Tires Factory, mechanical properties (tensile strength, scorch time, cure resilience) studied Babylon Factory. results compared standard recipe it was noted addition (fiber scrap, rubber crumb) at certain percentages (3,5,10) (3,5) % respectively gave high-performance majority tests made. showed economic benefits scrap possibility exploiting them many engineering applications successful path toward sustainable development.
